Dale Farner

Dale Farner, 89, of Murphy went to be with the Lord Saturday, November 28, 2021. He was the son of the late EC and Wilda Davis Farner. He was a member of Canyon Road Baptist Church.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Francis Farner; brothers, LT Farner, and Fess Farner; sisters, Jean Lovingood, Barbara Hughes, and Louise Stalcup.

Surviving are daughters, Janice Green and husband, Bill of Murphy, and Debbie Stewart of Blairsville, GA; a son, Jerry Farner and wife, Kim of Blairsville, GA; five grandchildren, Brandi Green, Holly Owenby, Laura Ors, Jessica Synder, and Jake Farner; a great grandchild, Olivia Owenby; and sisters, Delois Pace, and Judy Hall.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 pm Tuesday, November 30, 2021 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jerry Helton officiating.

Townson-Rose Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
