Gary Lynn Hibberts

Gary Lynn Hibberts, age 71 of Dalton, GA passed away Saturday, March 7, 2026.

He was born in Ellijay, GA to the late Jay E. and Carrie Teague Hibberts. Gary worked as an electrical lineman. He loved going to flea markets, car shows and riding motorcycles. Gary enjoyed spending time with his brother on the lakes and working on boats. He was a member of the Chatsworth Masonic Lodge.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Joan Hibberts.

He is survived by his son, Tony Hibberts (Carol) of Chatsworth, GA, one granddaughter, Jaley Hibberts, one step granddaughter, Breanna Garner; one brother, Nick Hibberts of Vonore, TN; and two nieces, Jennifer Copelan and Laura Hibberts.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
