Brandon Tremell Millsaps

Brandon Tremell Millsaps, age 56 of Marble, NC passed away Monday, April 6, 2026.

He was born in Swain County, NC to Wilma Adams Millsaps of Robbinsville, NC and the late Jewell Millsaps. Brandon worked for Wal-Mart in the Garden Center for 30 years. He enjoyed watching Robbinsville Knights football and college football, fishing and shooting at the gun range. Brandon loved spending time with his granddaughters, especially taking them on ice cream dates at Sweet Tooth.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jamie McManus Millsaps and son, Blake Tyson Millsaps.

In addition to his mother he is survived by two daughters, Shayelyn Millsaps (Gentry Clore) and Hailey Millsaps (Braylyn Queen); one brother, Travis Millsaps of Robbinsville; two sisters, Shanna Davis (John) of Hickory, NC and Shonda Hidalgo (Salvador) of Salem, SC; and three granddaughters, Leigha Bradburn, Kinsley Wooten and Maycie Queen.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm, Sunday, April 12, 2026 at the Garrett Family Cemetery. Rev. Noah Crowe will officiate. Pallbearers will be Gentry Clore, Braylyn Queen, Johnny Davis, Coty Davis, John Davis and Tommy Wright.
