Infant Adalyn Jane Murphy

Infant Adalyn Jane Murphy of Murphy, NC, daughter of Asa and Rachel Brooks Murphy went on to be with the Lord Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Adalyn was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Herman Murphy, Audrey Ritchie, Carl Brooks and Tommy Ritchie.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandparents, Kevin (Dana) Murphy, and Sam (Tammy) Brooks and Aunts and Uncles, Isabell Murphy and Julie Brooks, Orin Murphy and Billy Brooks; great grandparents, Wilma Murphy, Denise (David) Hyde, Phillip Crawford (Rosa) and Myrtle Brooks, and many cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 2 pm, Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Violet Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Justin Harper will officiate.

Townson-Rose Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
