Corey Dylan Underwood

Corey "Peep Eye" Dylan Underwood, age 30 of Andrews, NC passed away Monday, June 15, 2026.

He was born in Cherokee County, NC to Wanda Underwood of Andrews, NC and the late Ronnie Underwood. Corey was a heavy equipment operator, and he enjoyed running equipment. He loved fishing, hunting and working on vehicles. Corey loved spending time with his mother.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Donovan Underwood.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by stepfather, Johnny Jones; one son, Eli Ray; two brothers, Ronnie Underwood, Jr. and Billy Underwood both of Robbinsville, NC; one sister, Laurie Beth Underwood of Marble, NC; several nieces and nephews; special to his heart, Michael and Ann "honorary wife" Creasman, Travis Orr (Kelly) and Zack Orr (Sarah) all of Robbinsville.; three close friends, Randy Guffie, Dakota Reighard and Trey Martin.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

Townson-Rose Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
