Carol Skelton Mann

Carol Skelton Mann, age 84 of Young Harris, GA passed away Friday, August 28, 2026.

She was born in Riverdale, Georgia. Carol was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and playing golf. Carol loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Watson A. and Christine A. Lord Skelton; her husband, Edwin Mann and one daughter, Jennifer Justice.

She is survived by one son, Matthew Justice (Meredith); one granddaughter, Audrey Justice; and two sisters, Linda Jarrard (Jim) and Patricia Shannon.
