Karen Lee Forker

Karen Lee Anderson Forker, age 76, of Pennsville, NJ passed away Friday, September 4, 2026.

Karen was born in Neptune, New Jersey on November 18th to the late William and Beatrice White Anderson.

She belonged to the United Methodist Churches. Karen enjoyed being a cookie coordinator and doing stuff with the Girl Scouts for over fifty years. Karen loved spending time with her family, and she loved going and taking her grandchildren every year to the Philadelphia Zoo and the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. She also loved knitting lap blankets and scarves that she would give away. Karen loved music and she was an avid reader. Along with her love for animals, she was a member of the National Wolf Center, ASPCA, St. Jude, United Way and Valley River Humane Society.

Karen is survived by her son, William Forker; a daughter Ursula Lasky (Frank); sister Debra Davison (Ray); grandchildren Asia Mendoza (Kevin), and Kyle Lasky (Briella); great grandchildren Sasha and Roy Mendoza.
