Claude Ronald Mosteller, age 68 of Andrews, NC passed away Monday, October 10, 2016 at Mission Memorial Hospital in Asheville, NC.
Claude was a lifelong residence of Andrews, NC and the son of the late Van and Alice Lee Mosteller. Claude was a US Army veteran; he served in the Vietnam War. He worked at Clifton Precision for 20 years. Claude was a member of Valleytown Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Amy Mosteller; brothers, Ted and Carrol Mosteller and sister, Mae Wishon.
He is survived by his sons, Matthew Mosteller and Christopher Mosteller both of Andrews; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, October 16, 2016 at the Townson-Rose Chapel in Andrews. Rev. John Bailey will officiate. Burial will follow in Valleytown Cemetery with military rites conducted by Andrews VFW Post #7620. Pallbearers will be Steven Parker, Jonathan Mosteller, Gabe Mosteller and Josh Twiggs.
The family will receive friends from 11 AM-1 PM, Saturday, October, 16, 2016 at the Townson-Rose Chapel in Andrews.
