David Lee Nelson, age 49 of Topton, NC passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Cherokee County, NC and the son of Jimmy Nelson of Hoschton, GA and the late Christine Nelson. David was a carpenter.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one brother, Dewayne Nelson.
In addition to his father he is survived by one son, Jamie Nelson; one daughter, Cassie Nelson; one brother, Darrin Nelson; two sisters, Brandi Higingbotham and Ashley Litton; and two grandchildren.
No services are planned at this time.
