Irene Julia (Dudek) Traub, 84, of Murphy passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. She was a daughter of the late Joe and Sophia (Ziaya) Dudek. She was owner/contractor with her husband in a siding business. Irene also loved to garden, being outdoors, boating, fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren. Irene was a loving mother and housewife and was of the Catholic Faith. She was the wife of the late Richard Traub.
Surviving are three daughters, Cindy Allen and husband David, also Kathy Thorold and husband Chuck, and Lorri Reed. Sons, Richard Traub and wife Becky, Keith Traub, also Chris Traub and wife, Sheila, and Gregg Traub and wife, Melissa.
A brother, Jerry Dudek; a sister, Rita Johnson; half brothers, Ed Rodek, Jim Rodek, and Joe Rodek; multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held by the family at a later date.
