Donald Gene Bragg, 75, of Archdale, North Carolina passed away Friday, September 09,2022. He was the son of the late Leonard Bragg, Jr and Sarah Bell Roberts Bragg. Donald had worked as a carpenter, was a hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman. He was a member and active with New Heights Baptist Church in Trinity, NC. Donald was a Wonderful Christian Man that always had a smile on his face, loved all of his family and friends, and they all loved him.
Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Kathleen Radford Bragg; a daughter, Judith Gemme and husband, Mike; a son, Anthony Bragg and wife, Kristi three grandchildren, Jonah Gemme, Alyssa Bragg, and Kenzie Bragg; close cousin, Bill Young, and many more cousins.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at Townson-Rose Funeral Home with Rev. Lawrence English officiating. Interment will be in Unaka Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home, Murphy.
