Pamela Lynn Meintel, age 70 of Murphy, NC passed away Sunday, May 3, 2026.
She was born in Ravenna, Ohio to the late Lawrence and Jackie Murdock Crew. Pamela worked for Alcatel-Lucent as a telecommunications office manager for 30 years. She loved traveling, cruises, casinos and socializing with her friends and neighbors. Pamela enjoyed reading murder mysteries and working with Photoshop. She loved her furbabies.
She is survived by her husband, Rodger Meintel; two sons, Mike and Daniel Irons; one sister, Brenda Walkoiak; nine grandchildren, and one great granddaughter.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
Townson-Rose Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
