Obituary for Robert Kevin Russell

Robert Kevin Russell, age 54 of Forest Park, GA passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

Kevin was born in Clayton, GA to the late Walter and Etheleen Burrell Russell. He worked as a meat cutter for Winn-Dixie. Kevin attended Victory Baptist Church in Forest Park, GA . He loved hunting and fishing. Kevin enjoyed going to the Atlanta Braves games and NASCAR races.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one nephew, Mack Griggs.

He is survived by his sister, Sherry Griggs of Forest Park, GA; two nephews, Michael Griggs (Bryn) and Zach Griggs; one great niece, Aerin Griggs and one great nephew, Ian Griggs.

A graveside service will be held at 11 am, Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at the Bethabara Baptist Church Cemetery in Hayesville, NC with Rev. Calvin Murphy officiating.
