William Rabon, 69, of Murphy passed away Thursday, September 18, 2025. He was the son of the late Samuel and Roberta Reynolds Rabon. William had worked as a carpet layer. He liked to play cards, watch western shows, movies, and wrestling WWE. William enjoyed being on a bowling team, watching Atlanta Braves (loved all sports). Mostly he loved spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a grandson, Patrick Jeffcoat; and a brother, Roger Rabon.
Surviving is his wife, Cleda Garland Rabon; sons, Jody Palmer (Debbie), Billy Palmer (Lane), and Travis Palmer (Leanne); daughters, Gail Jeffcoat (Tony), Nikki Lovato (Travis), Kristy Valerio, and Kayla Nichols (Ryan); brother, Wayne Rabon; sisters, Sara Perry, Brenda Branham, and Marcia Winters; and 17 grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 4:00 pm Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Ledford's Chapel Cemetery. (Sunny Point Baptist Church Cemetery. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
