Robert "Eddie" Edward Walker, age 57 of Murphy, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026.
Eddie was born in Tampa, Florida to Emily Walker Baxter and the late Sonny Burgess. He was a residential carpenter. Eddie enjoyed fishing, camping and picking on his sisters. He idolized his dog, Liam and spending time with his family, especially his daughters. For many years, he had attended Bear Paw Baptist Church in Murphy.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughters, Robin Walker (Logan) and Rachel Walker (Joseph); his sisters, Tammy Carr (Larry), Christy Ware, Michelle Holbrooks, Rebecca Sneed (Daniel) and Emily Hamby (Eric); 23 nieces and nephews; his best friend, John Stephens (Amy); and his special friends, John and Susie Evans.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
