Johnny Moore, 86, of Murphy passed away Sunday, January 08, 2023. He worked as an off bearer in the timber industry. Johnny loved to garden, and was a member of Upper Peachtree Baptist Church.
He was the son of the late Dee and Alice Donley Moore. In addition to his parents, Johnny was also preceded in death by brothers, Howard, Roy, and Donald Moore; and a sister, Carolyn Hughes.
Surviving are a sister, Joan Roach and husband, Johnny; and several nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held. Burial will be in Peachtree Community Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Allen, Ethan, and Greg Moore, Tim Panter, and Scott Dockery. Honorary pallbearers will be Tony Trout, and Johnny Moore.
